Meet Us
Pat Zak
CEO, Registered Physical Therapist
As founder and head physical therapist at Pro-Active, Pat has been practicing physical therapy for more than 25 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Colorado and continued with post-graduate coursework in sports and manual physical therapy. A former member of the U.S. Navy Seal Team, Pat specializes in strength and conditioning and has training in soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release therapy, joint mobilization and augmented soft tissue mobilization, among other specialties. In his spare time, he coaches high school track and plays ice hockey.
Heidi Wyman
Physical Therapist
Heidi Wyman is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist with 23 years of experience all over the United States. She is honored to have had the opportunity to serve our military populations and spent half of her career working closely with our active-duty population. She specializes in outpatient sports and orthopedic treatment, manual therapy, dynamic stabilization, education, prevention and return to play. Heidi also has extensive training in advanced manual therapy techniques including dry needling, spinal manipulation, Graston & Kinesio taping.
She lives with her husband, Doug, and her three active teenagers. When not in the office, she is out skiing, surfing behind a boat, mountain biking, coaching volleyball and cheering on the local teams. She is super excited to be part of this active community and to make McCall her home.
Janine Scott
Billing Manager
Janine has worked in insurance billing and patient account management for more than 15 years. With experience at dental, chiropractic and now physical therapy clinics, Janine looks forward to working with you so that your experience at Pro-Active will be without hassle from insurance. A native of Michigan, she moved to Idaho with her husband in 2001.
Terri Zak
Front Desk
Terri has done various administrative and fill-in work at Pro-Active for more than 20 years. After moving from Boulder, Colorado, to McCall with her husband, Pat, Terri worked in the physical therapy department at what was then McCall Memorial Hospital until Pat took a traveling physical therapy job for two years. Upon returning and after Pat opened his private practice, Terri did medical billing for his one-person clinic.
